2025 was another record year of tree planting to help fight Climate Change!

A huge and heartfelt thank you to all my students for helping make the world a better place one drum lesson at a time! 

In the most successful year to date of our "Sticks to branches" program, well over 2500 trees were planted on our behalf by Replant.ca in Eastern Canada in 2025. Thats enough to carbon offset driving a family car over 43 times around the globe!!*

We’re now entering our 5th year of the program and the results are really starting to rack up now.

The program was developed by Edward Allen, owner of Cochrane Drum Tutor based on his concern for the state of the environment and after he learnt about how ethically minded companies like Patagonia use a proportion of their annual profits for a range of environmental and social causes.  to learn more visit: https://www.cochranedrumtutor.ca/stickstobranches
