Description
For lessons at our Studio: Please arrive a few minutes early. For lessons online: Please ensure you have Skype installed, and have tested the audio video settings. You can find me on Skype at edward.j.allen For lessons at your place: please send me the full address and post code, and any special parking instructions etc. Payment is NOT necessary on the day! I usually bill at the month end. Thanks.
Cancellation Policy
To cancel or reschedule a lesson please do so a MINIMUM of 24 hours before the booking time. (Please note; "No shows" are chargeable at the full price, and lessons cancelled or rescheduled within 24 hours of the booked time are also chargeable at the full price!)
