Band Builder is operated by Cochrane Drum Tutor, and operates under the same terms and conditions. 

Payment is required in full within 7 days of being accepted onto the Band builder Program. Failure to pay will result in your offer of acceptance being withdrawn.

You will not be billed until we have a firm place for you!

(For summer Recital: Target sign up by 15th April 2026. For our Christmas show, target sign up by 15th October)

Students are encouraged to share contact details so they can keep in touch in between rehearsals BUT only with the clear permission of their parents / guardians. 

There is a “No Refunds” policy on Band Builder after the first meet up has taken place. However if  there is a major breakdown of the band or we are unable to fulfill our obligations to you in some significant way we will reach out to discuss options for possible reassignment of band members or refund options.

There will always be “ups and downs” whenever groups of people work together, but please be assured  we will do our utmost to help manage all band members through those, and keep parents aware of any serious issues developing, but if you have any concerns at any time just contact us to discuss matters. 

Whilst Band Builder will do everything in its power to bring together suitable applicants to form a band, there can be no guarantee that band members will work well together or ultimately perform together live. In the event of band members dropping out part way through the program, every effort will be made to replace them, and this may include using a tutor or professional musician to cover that vacated role in the band.

​Rehearsing will be a vital part of all players development! Every effort will be made to find suitable times for your Band to get together to rehearse BUT please be as flexible as possible around these dates and times to help make sure your band gets the time together it will need to really rock!
